When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than 07/06/2026 by clicking on the RSVP section on this website. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be limited to named guests only. Any additional children are very welcome to join us for the evening celebration. Thank you for understanding.

Where can I park?
Answer
There is parking available at St Marys Church and at The Olde Barn but to make things easier for everyone, sharing cars/lifts would greatly appreciated. This will help reduce congestion and ensures everyone can arrive and depart smoothly. You are also welcome to leave your vehicle overnight at The Olde Barn at Pen-y-Graig but they will need to be collected the following morning due to an evening event there.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask all phones to be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be present with us and for our photographer and videographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture out special day and encourage you to snap away!

What food will be served at the reception?
Answer
We will be serving a grazing table upon arrival as you sip and mingle. The main course will feature BBQ boards with all the trimmings, accompanied by a selection of desserts. To finish the evening, enjoy classic fish and chips. We will accommodate any food allergies or diet requirements and/or restrictions. Please note during the RSVP process.

Evening Guests
Answer
Evening guests are welcome to join us at 7pm ready for the cake cutting and to show your best moves on the dance floor. Children are welcome to join for the evening. Please provide details during the RSVP process.

Transportation
Answer
Guests can travel from the church to the reception by local taxis, rideshares, or other personal transport options. A bus may also be arranged for those who would like to travel together. A WhatsApp group has been set up for guests who may want to coordinate shared transport (e.g. a bus).
