We're Getting Married!

It all started in New York, about three months after Oliver moved there — on a mission, as he liked to joke, to find the love of his life (a joke he maybe half believed). Dinner at Morandi turned into one of those nights neither of them wanted to end. Between pasta, too much wine, and a spontaneous stop at Zinc Bar for jazz, they clicked right away. From the first date, being together just felt easy. Things moved pretty quickly after that. Within days they were spending all their time together. Oliver met Cristina’s friends and was out dancing with them that same weekend. The next week he canceled a flight so he could be at her show. A week after that, Cristina flew to San Francisco to join him and his sister at Outside Lands. Not long after, they started collecting memories around the world together: dancing samba in Brazil, catching the sunrise at the Grand Canyon, and having high tea in London while Oliver enjoyed his very on-brand pipe. Along the way, they also started collecting things for their first home together — their “shell” — filled with mid-century pieces, vintage finds, and little reminders of places they’ve been. Back in New York, they’re usually trying a new restaurant, enjoying picnics with STROLL bags, or having martinis at Raoul’s. Cristina and Oliver are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of their favorite people.
