When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

Please send as soon as possible, but no later than May 31, 2025.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We prefer a kid-free wedding, but if you don’t have outside care, please let us know and we might be able to make exceptions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be seated by 4:50pm! Arrival time 4:30-4:50pm.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside and it will likely be HOT! But the cocktail hour is in the shade and dinner is in the air-conditioned barn. Dancing is outside under the pavilion!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this time of year in Colorado, we suggest the following: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates Men: light dress shirts and lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of parking.

How will alcohol affect me at a higher elevation?

Answer

Drinks consumed at high altitudes can be nearly twice as potent for the first few days. Pace yourself and stay hydrated if you are from the lowlands!

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No! We will lose our deposit if they find evidence of outside alcohol. We will have a full bar, so there is no need to bring your own.

What is the Day-After Lunch?

Answer

It's a drop-in event from 12-3pm. We will have some sandwiches and beverages. If you are local, feel free to bring a snack to share. No glass, please. There is also a nice playground and kids are invited!
