To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 26th, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue and our vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
We recommend arriving at 4:00pm before the ceremony begins at 4:30pm to find parking and settle before the proceedings.
When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional children or guests we've included on your invitation. Due to limited space, we can only accommadate guests who are formally invited.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the cermony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
There will be an open bar during the duration of cocktail hour. Once cocktail hour ends and first dances begin, drinks are up to you.
The venue has a liquor license and will be providing all adult beverages. There is no outside alcohol allowed. Thank you for understanding.
Yes, (weather depending) the ceremony will be outside and then we will all move indoors to continue celebrating!
We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. We ask that all guests refrain from wearing white/light cream colors to allow the bride to have her moment!
Yes! There will be plently of parking available to accommodate all of our guests. The venue requires all vehicles to be parked within the assigned parking area (west parking lot).
Smoking is allowed only in the designated outside areas. To comply with venue requirements, cigarette butts need to be picked up and placed in the designated trays.
Yes, Los Primos will be catering dinner at the reception. While we wish we could accommodate all dietary needs, we're unable to offer special meal accommodations, so please plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding - we can't wait to celebrate with you!
