Hilton Garden Inn Guests!

We will have 5 SUVs providing transportation between Hilton Garden Inn Gallatin and Laurel Ridge Farm. To the Venue Departure Times: 1:30 PM & 2:00 PM Each SUV seats up to 6 guests – some parties may be split up to maximize space. First come, first served – Please plan to take the 1:30 PM trip if possible. If too many guests wait for the second trip, not everyone will fit. We appreciate your help in making transportation smooth for everyone! Return Trips to the Hotel SUVs will run continuous trips from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM from Laurel Ridge Farm back to Hilton Garden Inn Gallatin. Vehicles will shuttle guests as they fill up. Please be patient, as trips will run on a rolling basis. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring everyone gets back safely! Don't forget you can leave your car at the venue overnight :)
