What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to the venue at 4:30 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The celebration will conclude at 11:00 p.m. We hope you’ll dance with us all night long!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from SpringHill Suites (1100 Marco Drive, Apex, NC 27502) on the wedding night. Shuttles will depart the SpringHill Suites at 3:40pm, 4:15pm, and 4:25pm. Shuttles will depart The Bradford at 10:15pm and 11:00pm, returning to the SpringHill Suites.

Parking will be available on-site at the venue.

What is the dress code?

Black tie preferred. We encourage elegant, bright spring attire.

Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We recommend choosing footwear you’ll feel comfortable wearing in grassy areas.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour featuring passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a plated dinner and a full open bar throughout the evening.
