Pula Airport is about 45 minutes from Rovinj and offers rental cars on site. Other options are the Venice, Italy airport and taking the Adriatic Lines ferry. (note the ferry runs once a day and may require an extra stay in Venice). Also Consider Trieste, Italy (1.5 hour drive) or Zagreb, Croatia (3 hour drive)
