Vows Exchange Party

Our I-DO Crew

Tatiana

Mother of the Bride

My mom, my The Best Mom a child could ask for. Through all these years, she always has been there for me. I will always be thankful to my parents for encouraging me to go to the United States of America to create a better life for myself. My mom lives in Moscow, Russia, and cannot join us due to her health issues ( Parkinson's disease). However, we plan to share many pictures and videos from the party.

Joan

Mother of the Groom

We call her "Grandma". She is always there to help, to support, to cheer and to make everything better. She is so kind, caring and always ready to join us for a new adventure. She is so excited to meet everybody in person so make sure to stop by and introduce yourself to her.

Stacy

Maid of Honor

"Red headed Goddess" Stacy was my first friend I made when I moved to Nebraska in 2005, and now she is my Best Friend. This is why I call her " my sister". She is beautiful inside and out. Her presence makes my hard times easier and good times better. She is also one of the smartest people on the planet. Stacy knows so much about anything and everything, so be sure to find her on the day if you’re up for a good conversation.

David

Best Man

One of my best friends and my namesake, Dave and I would have some stories to tell from our single days. We've also traveled together, from clubbing in Rome (You good Dancer Dave) to trying out Belgian beers in Brussels. Now we are both family men and love every minute of it. You know the mark of a good friend is when they move away, and you don't see them for a while; the minute you are reunited, it's like they never left. Now we try to get together once a year for backpacking trips, and I am happy to have him at my wedding as my co- Best Man.

Tayve

Bridesmaid

"Warrior Goddess" She is so talented and gifted to write beautiful poems. She is amazing mom, publisher, businesswoman, advocate for saving bears, and my dearest friend. I was lucky to be introduced to her by my sister in 2012. We bonded so easily like soul-sisters found each other. We are always only one call away from each other during bad or good times. Her favorite holiday is Halloween and we had fun times celebrating it.

Patrick

Best Man

Pat and I have done so much together. We have had our adventures from the jungles of Costa Rica, the green mountains of Ireland, to the Coliseum of Rome. Pat is the kind of friend you know you can call at 4 am and he will always be there for you. I'm honored to have him as my co- Best Man. I know he will have a great speech planned. Lol. He is as good and as down to earth a guy as you will know.

Vivian

Bridesmaid

"Amazing Goddess" We share the same motherland, Moscow, Russia. Vivian's aunt became my very good friend when Vivian moved to Germany with her parents. Later, Vivian chose to live in Los Angeles and this is where we met in summer 2005. We clicked naturally. She is one of most generous hostesses, and her holidays gifts are always make me say "aww" . She loves to laugh and smile. Put it all together, she is Sasha's Godmother now.

Nate

Groomsman

I'v known Nate since our early days at UPS and the many parties Nate would have at his house. After a period of time of little contact, Nate and I reconnected and have had some great times once again from New years Parties in San Francisco to camping in Death Valley (where Nate took a fall and broke a bone but hanged tough the whole weekend) to waterfall jumping in Costa Rica. Nate is as cool as a cucumber and is always a magnet for the ladies and yet very humble as well. I'm grateful to have Nate by my side for my wedding.

Adine

Bridesmaid

"Nature Goddess". We met as colleagues at work. Love for Spanish language brought us together. Adine was kind enough to tutor me while I was taking a year of Spanish at Truckee Meadows community college. During hours of tutoring we shared a lot of chocolate, wine and fun stories. She is always one step away from rescuing birds, squirrels and other precious creatures in need. I love Adine for her huge heart, excellent sense of humour and ability to find the funny side of every situation!

Marcus

Groomsman

I have known Marcus for over 15 years and I will always remember that Cancun trip. Lol. Now Marcus is the family man that we all look up to. He is raising 4 awesome kids with his wife Mary. The annual Labor Day BBQ's at his house with all our old friends are always memorable. Marcus has a million friends and I am just glad that I can call myself one of them. I am absolutely thrilled that Marcus will be one of my groomsman.

Elena

Bride's Mother in Love

"Siberian Goddess" I call her " My Elena". We met in 2009 when she arrived to Scottsbluff, NE from Novosibirsk, Siberia, Russia. What a small place to meet. From the moment we met I knew we are going to be friends. And through the years, we became like a family to each other. Often I call her my second "mom". Even if she is pretty young to be my mom. We have been there for each other through all lows and highs. Sometimes we need each other like a piece of fresh air. She is my muse and my mentor.
