FAQs

Please let us know any FAQ's you may have we may be missing!
Question

Will there be shuttles?

Answer

Yes! We have a bus running from the Best Western and AmericInn prior to the wedding (I believe at 4:45 and 5:00pm) and return trips between 9:30 and 12:30pm.

Question

I am sick of holding your gift I bought for 2020....

Answer

First, THANK YOU for getting something on our registry for the reception and/or bridal shower. We are sorry for the inconvenience of when we had to cancel due to COVID. We are happy to take the wrapped gifts and label if they will go to the bridal shower or reception and store them so you don't have to! (No worries we will not peek!) Reach out and get them to us we are happy to take them out of your place til next year!

Question

When is your wedding?

Answer

Hello! We are very sorry if your RSVP'd to our August date, unfortunately we have decided to reschedule for the safety of our family and friends and just re-booked for 2021! The ceremony itself we would like to be more intimate and those invited we will reach out for those invited when we determine more details.

Question

What is the food situation?

Answer

We are going to have some food that is catered for anyone to pick and choose what they like to eat (e.g. meat, dairy, and vegetables will all be separate!). If there is a specific food allergy we need to keep in mind in the kitchen please let us know! We will have no nuts on the menu if that is your allergy.

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We are working on providing some transportation from the local hotels and something for those who may have too much fun later in the evening. This is still a work in progress but we want to ensure you all get home safe, please consider having someone as a designated driver in your group - our goal though is to provide free rides within 20 miles! More to come.

Question

What about Covid-19?

Answer

As of March 2021, we hope a majority of the people at most risk have taken advantage of vaccinations. That being said, we still strongly encourage social distancing, masking in close proximity, and being respecting the people around you. Our venue has the capability (weather dependent) of being open air and offers numerous outdoor areas.
