This resort is all-inclusive, so once you’re there, all food and drinks are taken care of. To attend the wedding, guests will need to stay at the resort for a minimum of three nights. Sharing a room is a great way to keep costs down, and rates are even lower when rooms are shared with one or two other guests. Travel Note

Transportation

The closest airport to the resort is Cancún International Airport (CUN) approximately 30–40 minutes from the resort depending on traffic. We recommend arriving earlier in the day if possible, especially on Friday, to allow time for transportation and resort check-in. The resort can help coordinate transportation for guests arriving around similar times. Because transportation is organized in larger group shuttles, we recommend: - booking flights sooner rather than later - sharing your flight information with us once booked - trying to coordinate arrival windows when possible We’ll share additional transportation details closer to the wedding weekend.

Resort Access & Day Pass Information

For guests not staying at the resort, day passes are available through Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya for $99 USD per person. The pass includes resort access beginning 30 minutes prior to the ceremony through the end of the reception. Because all wedding events will take place onsite, we highly encourage guests to stay at the resort to enjoy the full wedding weekend experience and simplify transportation and logistics. Guests interested in purchasing a day pass may do so closer to the wedding date. Please note that day pass availability and pricing are managed directly through the resort and may be subject to change.
