Rehearsal Dinner

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Menu Summer salad Mixed greens, fresh blueberries, roasted sweet corn, shaved Parmesan cheese, candied almonds, with champagne vinaigrette. Dinner rolls Grilled Pork Loin with apple glazing or Tri-tip crusted with rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper Yukon Gold Potatoes au gratin Green Beans with bacon & almonds Children’s Menu Crispy fried chicken tenders Macaroni and cheese Fruit Skewers

Bridal Party Preparation

All of the women attending will be getting ready at The Four Seasons cabin starting at 6:30AM. Grandmothers may be arriving a bit late due to dressing before arriving at the cabin.
Grooms Party Preparation

The men of our group will be getting ready for the wedding at Starfall Cabin startin at 6:30AM. They will head to the ceremony site by 8AM with the food and decorations to help set up for the reception picnic. As this wedding is a group effort, we ask that the gentlemen assist our elderly walking to and from the site, bathrooms or other needs as they come up. Thank you very much in advance for helping make this day possible for Tim & Lauren.
Ceremony
9:00 am - 10:00 am

Semi-Formal: Gentlemen wear your dress jeans and ties, Ladies wear your long gowns. Everyone wear comfortable shoes and bring fashionable layers!
There will be two photographers for this event and the couple hopes to have beautiful photos of all of you to remember the day! There will be chairs for the elderly to sit during the ceremony. Tim and Lauren recommend bringing snacks and a set of activewear to change into after the reception, so that you may easily set off after the celebration to explore the park.
Picnic Reception
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Cathedral Beach Picnic Area, Yosemite National Park, CA 95389
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

After our reception we encourage guests to set out and explore all that Yosemite has to offer. There will be a dinner for everyone to reconvene and bond in the evening. Please see the ‘Things To Do’ page for activities and eateries to try during your stay.
Family Dinner

Tim and Lauren will be busy with the photographers the evening of their wedding day, but they hope family will get together to wine and dine after exploring the beauty Yosemite has to offer.

Brunch

As everyone will be packing up to check out of their respective cabins by 11am, Tim and Lauren wish to get together as a family once more for our final goodbyes. Please join the newlyweds for lunch before you go on your way!
