When should I RSVP by?

RSVPs are due by September 1st, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45pm to join us for our ceremony at 4:00pm. If you are not there by 3:45pm you will not be allowed in the venue until after the ceremony. Cocktail hour to follow ceremony before reception.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! We ask our guests to wear cocktail attire so please no jeans!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We plan on accommodating for our guests with food allergies and intolerances. If you have any other allergies or intolerances other than Gluten Free or Lactose Intolerance, please tell us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Stone Valley Meadows has a spacious parking lot with a few handicap parking spots for guests who need them.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the location of the venue to the hotel we will not be providing transportation. The venue is a short 10 minute drive from the hotel.
