It all began 2018 in Washington, D.C., when the Lord’s mysterious plan (and a little help from our dear friend, Dr. Dennis Anyamele) brought us together. Dennis passed along a message from Yinka expressing his interest in Yemisi, and as cliché as it sounds, that one message changed everything. At the time, neither of us knew what to expect. It was summertime in D.C., life was full, and the idea of something new felt uncertain. From our very first conversation, there was an undeniable spark, an ease and warmth that made it feel as if we'd known each other for years. What started as simple curiosity quickly grew into laughter, late-night talks, and a genuine friendship that neither of us wanted to let go of. That friendship became the heart of our story - the safe place where love quietly took root. Over the years, We have grown together through every season of life, supporting each other’s dreams, growing in our faith, and finding joy in both the ordinary and the extraordinary moments. What began as a chance introduction has blossomed into a love built on faith, trust, and deep friendship. Today, we stand ready to begin the next chapter of our journey.
