What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating will begin at 6:00 PM. Please note that the final guests will be seated at 6:25 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. Any guests that arrive late will be escorted to the terrace for cocktail hour.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire. Ladies, please wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses in the color black only. No prints. Gentleman, please wear black suits. Bow tie or neckties are acceptable. Color of shirt is at the guest’s discretion. The wedding & reception will be inside.

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception. Should you need assistance with childcare, please do not hesitate to contact our wedding planning team ( 980.819.8241) for a listing of licensed and ensured sitters in the area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for the Mint Museum Uptown is located underneath the museum in the Levine Center of the Arts parking garage and accessible through Stonewall Street. Visitor parking is located on levels P1 and P2 (additional visitor parking is available on lower levels in Zone A). After you park your vehicle, head for the Plaza Elevators (as opposed to the Tower Elevators). Level P will take you to the street level and The Mint Museum Gift Shop. Level 2 will take you to the entrance to the Museum.
