We grew up in a serene academic environment where our parents were lecturers. A day to my younger brother's 1st birthday, my big mouth told Ebele that we were going to hold a big party for my brother but it was not so. Yet Ebele came with her siblings and made the day memorable (We were in the same class in Primary 3). We attended the same church too but Ebele's presence at my brother's birthday marked the beginning of a lifelong friendship. What is special about our friendship: This is my longest childhood friendship. Its unique to me because we share similar views about life: We prioritise godly endeavours and live quietly.
