When can I arrive to the reception venue?

Doors open at 2:45 PM to the Ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown with light refreshments and games. Be sure to snag a picture in front of the photo backdrop!

Parking Info

Both the ceremony and the reception are located in downtown Wichita. Thank you for your patience! Here are some tips. When parking for the ceremony at Blessed Sacrament, there is a small school parking lot located behind the church and a larger lot on the south side of Douglas. Both are free and owned by the church. When parking for the reception at the Hilton, there is a parking garage with a direct entrance to the hotel on the 2nd floor via a covered walking bridge. The buzzer will connect you to the front desk to let you in. There are also limited pay-to-park spots on the street. If parking in the garage, bring your parking stub to the front desk to be validated for free parking.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! We will have a cash bar. They do not accept card at this time.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Thank you for traveling to celebrate with us! Yes, there are rooms available at the Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown. Rooms will be blocked until May 5th for your convenience. Visit the Travel tab to learn more.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If you have received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and RSVP details. Thank you for your understanding!
