It’s finally happening!!

We believe the universe works in mysterious ways, the stars were not aligned then but in 2012 they aligned and knew we needed eachother. Emilio and I met when we were just kids at Busch Gardens. It wasnt but a few days later we lost contact. Years went by and January 2012 we reconnected on facebook over a picture that was posted. Its debatable to this day who “hit up” who first but after a few days of messaging we decided to meet up. Meeting up led to hanging out everyday after school and going to the causeway at night. It wasnt till our first Busch Gardens trip together in March that I said “Hey I met a kid named Emilio in this spot years ago” we connected the stars and realized this was meant to be. So here we are 10 years later doing this crazy thing called life together and getting married! We are over the moon excited and cant wait to see what this next chapter brings us!

I'm not saying I knew … but i had my suspicions. He asked me what time the sunsets and a few other odd questions. He said his mom was having a “family meeting” at Bahama Breeze. That Tuesday I got hair and nails done and he got a haircut (shocking). That night as we passed Bahama Breeze and pulled up to the causeway, everyone was there from our close family and friends. He walked over to where we had our first kiss and told me how much he loved me and how he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me. As the sunset, he got down on one knee and asked if I would marry him. I said YES of course !!
