What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The front doors to the Sanctuary at Trinity United Methodist Church will open at 3:30 pm on Park Avenue. Light prelude music will greet you! The doors to the church will close promptly at 4:00 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, you will be able to park across the street from the church in the Library Parking lot. It will be designated for the church. The Library Address is 200 W Park Ave, Tallahassee, FL 32301. For the reception, there is a large parking lot in front of the Lodge. When you arrive, please tell the front gate that you are with the Duclos-Stelter Wedding so you will not have to pay to park!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal attire is appreciated: For men: tuxes, suits, and button downs. For women: gowns are welcome and so are cocktail dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless it is specified on the front of your invite, please do not bring a date. Due to COVID-19 and venue space, we are only able to accommodate those who were formally invited as listed on your wedding invitation.

What kind of drinks will be served?

Answer

We are going to have a semi-open bar! There will be a red and white house wine available, three beers, and three mixed drinks that will be covered by the groom's family to a limit. If you would like something different, please plan to bring cash. Sweet tea, unsweet tea, sodas and water will be available as well.
