Question

What precautions are you taking for COVID?

Answer

Approximately 92% of the group is vaccinated and we are in compliance under the maximum number of guests by venue and city guidelines. Ceremony and cocktail hour are outside on an open lawn with the reception in an covered but open air tent. We will request guests to obtain pre-event COVID symptom screening the day of, masks at all times except while consuming food or drink, adjustable seating at the ceremony, increased spacing between ceremony seating, increased spacing from the altar/aisle, cohorting dinner tables and/or fewer guests at each table for spacing, and additional social distancing measures. Catering staff will have masks and gloves, serve each food item individually and serve hor d'oeuvres with increased spacing on trays to minimize any cross-contact. Each table will have hand sanitizers. Photobooth will have hand sanitizers for use before and after prop use, and all props will be disinfected with a UV wand between groups.
