What are some safety measures being put in place in light of COVID-19?

Answer

Your health is of the utmost importance to us and we can not wait to safely celebrate with you. To ensure our guests' safety, we will be requiring all guest to wear a mask and hand sanitizer will be placed through out the venue. Meals will be plated in efforts to prevent contamination. Bar lines will be marked for social distance purposes. Tables and chairs will be spaced accordingly. Only 6 individuals per table.

The ceremony and reception are being held at an indoor venue, Villa Cesare. Please view "Our Wedding" page of this website for directions and information.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, Villa Cesare offers a self park, free parking lot.

What is the attire?

Answer

Formal attire is required. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, casual clothing and anything close to the color white/ivory. 💃🏾Ladies - A long evening dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress. 🕺🏾Males - A tuxedo, formal suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt & tie.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Doors will open at 4:30pm. The Ceremony will start on-time. Late arrivals will not be allowed into the ceremony once is has begun.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please note to whom your invitation is addressed. We will not be able to accommodate anyone other than those listed on the invitation.

Are children or teens allowed?

Answer

While we love the kids, they are not invited to our ceremony or reception. The celebration is adult only and 21+. Parents you get the night off!

Can I take photos?

Answer

During the ceremony? No! We will be having an Unplugged Ceremony, we invite you to turn off your devices and be fully present and share in our moment. During the reception? Please do! Don't forget to post with #OhHappyHayes

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

Yes! A few specialty cocktails will be served. We will also have an open bar to serve libations for the evening. #TurnUp
