Our Story

Aaron and I met at a Friendsgiving party, over 5 years ago, and instantly had a connection and quickly bonded over our love for Thanksgiving food, but it was left at that for the time being. We ran into one another again on St. Patrick’s Day, thanks to our friends, which is where our story officially started. We planned our first date as soon as we could, which ended up falling on April Fool’s Day. A year later we moved in with one another and have continued to build our life together. Aaron and I both love animals so we were quick to rescue our first cat Luna, then shortly after came Aurora, and eventually Weasley. We enjoy gardening together, and while it can be a bit hard in an apartment complex, we try our best. Although we both don’t have the greenest of thumbs, we’ve managed to keep most of our plants alive, but the succulents tend to outlive the others. In March 2019, Aaron and I drove to Monterey Bay for an early celebration of our 4-year anniversary. Towards the end of our weekend, we went to the Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, where we enjoyed the wonderful views and the never-ending rain. During our excursion, we climbed up to a lookout, where Aaron got on his knee and asked me to marry him. Shortly after our 5-year anniversary, Aaron and I will be getting married to one another in front of our closest friends and family. We are both overjoyed with all of your love and support and cannot wait to celebrate with you.
