RSVPs are due on January 19, 2022, and you can do so on this website! Make your way over to the RSVP tab and type in your first and last name. Don’t forget to leave a note about your meal preferences and any songs you want us to play at the reception.
Although we understand your excitement in celebrating our love, we are having an unplugged wedding! Please allow our photographers and videographers to do their best work and enjoy the party! For any personal photos you take, please use #OhHappyDiaz321 in your post so we can relive our wedding with you.
The dress code for our wedding will be Black-Tie! Men, this means suits with a jacket. Women, this means a floor-length gown or midi dress. Absolutely no one can wear any variation of white (unless it's a men's dress shirt). This includes print dresses! Thanks for understanding. *NOTE: please keep in mind the ceremony is in a grass area!
Escondido in March is beautiful. A little chilly, likely around 65-75 degrees lowering to around 45-55 degrees in the evening. It is possible it will rain, so try to be prepared with a hooded jacket and umbrella!
The ceremony will be outdoors on a grass field, and the reception will be outdoors under a tent on turf. Ladies flats will be provided. These are limited, so also try to bring a second pair of flat shoes if you plan to wear heels at the reception!
Yes! All areas of the ceremony and reception are wheelchair accessible. Please note the ceremony is in a grass field.

Parking is free. We are using a valet service that is starting 30 mins prior to our invite time through 11pm. Please try to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Transportation is not provided. Please make sure you have a designated driver!
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Kids are welcome! However, we want our guests to fully enjoy themselves without having to tend to their little people. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your little ones with you when you RSVP online. If you have a young child who may be noisy, please be ready to make an exit during the ceremony. Please keep in mind: our videographers are working to make our wedding film spectacular!
Due to COVID, hotels are not allowing blocks and are booking on an individual basis. We will keep calling for updates as things begin to open up!
You will be missed! If you can’t make it to the wedding in person, please RSVP “no” as soon as possible in the RSVP tab on this website so we can plan accordingly. Keep in mind we will have a virtual ceremony via zoom. You don’t need to RSVP, but you can find access to the event on the Schedule tab

The bridal will need some time to take photos during the golden hour after the ceremony. Please make your way to the reception area for happy hour with hors d’oeuvres and an open bar!
Yes, there will be hors d’oeuvres during happy hour and dinner at the reception. We will have an open bar immediately after the ceremony. Please drink responsibly and designate a driver!

We do not have a total headcount as of yet, but we expect over 100 guests. Please keep in mind we have a fully outdoor venue!
We are so excited that everyone is coming to our wedding! We want to provide a comfortable experiences for our guests. If you have any concerns for social distancing, please let the bride know in advance so we can try to accommodate you as best we can! We know that not everyone may want to wear a mask at our wedding, but we completely respect those who do. We won’t be providing masks for guests, though, so if you do want to wear one, please bring your own (bonus points if it’s a stylish mask)!!
Please be assured that your health and safety is our top priority! We are asking all our guests to show either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to our wedding. If you’d like to be extra cautious, please do both to ensure the safety of all our guests! Along with adhering to the current restrictions and guidelines, we have chosen to implement the following safety measures at our wedding: - We will have multiple sanitizing stations set up around the venue, including upon arrival and in each bathroom - All wait staff and bar staff will be wearing masks and gloves
