John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park
Just 40 minutes south of the venue you can make your way down the Overseas Hwy to Key Largo and visit one of the Florida Keys most popular state parks.
Wynwood
We have spent many good days and nights with our friends here. Wynwood is one of Miami's best food and drink districts. Wynwood Walls is the best starting point (an outdoor museum showcasing large-scale works by some of the world’s best-known street artists). The surrounding streets have converted warehouses housing craft breweries and funky art galleries.
South Beach
45-60 minutes from the venue depending on traffic . Stroll down Ocean Ave and take in the art deco architecture as well as some outdoor cafes. People watching at it's finest!
Robbie's of Islamorada
We always plan to stop at Robbie's each trip down to the middle and lower keys. Feeding the tarpon, browsing the shops, and grabbing a cold drink with some snacks makes for a perfect early afternoon.
Islamorada Brewery & Distillery (Islamorada)
Just a few minutes away from Robbie's you can stop over to this Brewery/Distillery for some small batch Florida beer and rums.
Sunset Grille & Raw Bar
If you make it south enough to the 7 mile bridge, this is the last opportunity to stop before crossing (when headed south). This is about 2 hours from the venue.
