Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. The Samoset Resort does offer a baby sitting service as well, if you're interested in that please let us know.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our Ceremony and Cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors, while our reception will take place inside a heated tent. Please dress accordingly! If it rains, all events will be moved inside to the ballroom.
