Welcome Event

Casual

Please join us the evening before the wedding for a casual welcome celebration at Sidecar Social! In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we’re excited to welcome all of our guests for an evening of drinks, light bites, and time together before the big day. This will be an open-house style event, so feel free to stop by anytime between 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Whether you stay for a quick hello or spend the whole evening with us, we’d love to see you there and kick off the weekend together!

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Black Tie Optional/Formal Attire

Think polished, elegant, and evening-ready. Formal suits in any color are welcome for gentlemen, and long dresses for ladies. Ceremony will be outside, and reception will be inside. Please be at the Omni hotel by 3:45PM for transportation to the venue.

Fort Worth Stockyards

2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual (country/western attire encouraged)

Not ready for the weekend to end? Neither are we! Join us Saturday afternoon for the Fort Worth Stockyards! We’ll have buses picking up guests staying in town at 2:00 PM and heading to the Stockyards, where we’ll spend the afternoon exploring, shopping, grabbing drinks, and watching the famous 4:00 PM cattle drive. Buses will depart the Stockyards appx 7:00 PM and return everyone to the hotel by 8:00 PM.
