When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 1st if possible. If you will no longer be attending due to COVID, please let Matt or Amanda know 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

You can find our registry on Zola.com or at Crate and Barrel. Our website is also linked to both registries for increased ease.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The chapel is located about 15 minutes from downtown, and free parking is provided. We ask that everyone try to carpool, for ease of returning your cars back to the hotels. From The Waters Hotel, you will be able to walk to the reception space. Other near hotels, such as Embassy Suites, offer free shuttles to the reception space that we highly recommend. Otherwise, you may use street parking (if you can find something close) or there is a parking garage located within walking distance of the reception space.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire. Feel free to bring comfortable shoes so you can explore the Garvan Woodland Gardens for free following the ceremony.

What COVID precautions will you have?

Answer

Per our venue requirements, all NON-VACCINATED guests must be masked and engage in social distancing during events. We highly recommend all guests to be vaccinated. If you have any direct contact with an individual who has COVID-19, or have any respiratory or unwell symptoms, we ask that you please remain home for the safety of our family and guests.
