Are the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.

What are the wedding colors? (or) What color should I wear?

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 P.M. We kindly ask that our guests arrive no later than 3:45 P.M.

When is the last day to RSVP?

Answer

Please let us know your plans no later than August 11, 2021. If you do not RSVP, or you RSVP after August 11, 2021, we will assume you are unable to attend, therefore your meal and your seat will not be reserved. When you RSVP, please type in your first initial and last name (avoiding nicknames). If the spelling is incorrect, you will have the option to edit the spelling. Once you RSVP for the ceremony, be sure to click 'next event' at the bottom righthand corner to RSVP for the reception as well.

What is the dress code?

Ladies, wear your formal gowns and most importantly, don't forget your fascinator hats! Gentlemen, pull out those black suits and top it off with a black necktie or bowtie. Sorry guys, no jeans... but ofcourse, cowboy hats and boots are welcomed!

Are you having a themed wedding?

Answer

Yes, our wedding will have a regal theme. We want our wedding to be a fun excuse for you to wear your most formal/regal attire. Ladies, feel free to wear your fascinators hats!

Are the dress code and theme enforced?

The dress code (formal) is enforced, however the theme (regal) is not.

What are the parking arrangements?

No worries - parking is free of charge at the hotel as well as the venue.

Are masks required?

Answer

Yes, we are asking all guests to wear masks, which will be provided, to help us keep our family and friends safe.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Please visit the "accommodations" page where you will see the group code and link where you can book your hotel room. Remember to book your room no later than August 11, 2021.

Can I bring my children?

We love children - we really do! We also wish that every single one of yours could be a part of our special day, however we want our wedding to be your night off. Please only bring your children if they have been formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand!

Please only bring those who's names have been formally addressed on your invitation.

Will there be any transportation to and/or from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will not be any transportation services provided to and/or from the venue.

What else should I know?

Answer

We are aware that some of our guests still have reservations regarding COVID-19 and it is our goal to make you as comfortable as possible. We will be providing masks, sanitizer and social distancing throughout the venue as much as possible. Please note that we are having an unplugged ceremony. We are kindly asking that our guests refrain from taking photos and videos once the ceremony has begun. Our photographer and videographer will professionally capture every detail for you and we want you to be present in the moment. However, feel free to capture as many pictures as you'd like throughout the entire reception and use the hashtag #OnealSealsTheDeal.
