Important Details: Approx room rates: $569/night for Friday and Saturday, $479/night for just Saturday. The room block includes 10 rooms for a one-night minimum stay. Guests wishing to stay two nights should book outside of the block to preserve availability for those staying just the night of the wedding. Please note that online bookings require a two-night minimum and will not be included in the official room block. Please keep in mind that there is a 50% deposit required upon booking for 2 or more nights, payment for 1 night stay requires full payment at the time of booking- this is refundable until 7 days prior to your reservation date, but requires a $30 cancellation fee if necessary. The room block will release three months prior to the wedding date, so we kindly encourage guests to book early — there’s no need to wait until invitations are sent.

While not as upscale as River House at Odette’s, this is a budget-friendly and practical option—ideal for guests who prefer a comfortable stay without the higher price point. Alternatively, you can book online at www.NewHopeInnAndSuites.com using the promo code “LNBM.” When booking online, please include the last names of the wedding party in the “Special Request” field. Discounted rates apply for up to four nights and are based on availability at the time of booking. Important Details: Approx room rates: $200-250/night. The hotel does not hold or block rooms; all reservations are first come, first served. We recommend booking as early as possible, as rates and availability may change. Guests who book three or more rooms will be charged at the time of booking; those reservations are non-refundable. Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Please note that third-party booking sites (e.g., Expedia, Hotels.com) are not eligible for the wedding discount and cannot be modified or canceled through the hotel. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, and pet-friendly rooms (for an additional fee).
