We met online, as most of the kids do these days and after chatting for a few weeks, we decided it was time to finally meet in person. Dan wanted to impress this Italian with dinner at a local Italian restaurant. The food was not great, but it didn’t matter as the conversation and wine flowed so well, we stayed until close. Little did we both know that day was the start of our happily ever after together with our fur babies Luna and Harley. The past 2 years have been filled with lots of love, laughter and creating memories that we will cherish forever. From hiking to home remodels to binge watching the entire Marvel, Game of Thrones, Star Wars, Harry Potter & Lord of the Rings franchises, we found our best friend in one another. We also enjoy traveling between going to NYC to visit Francesca’s friends and an unforgettable trip to Hawaii for a family wedding. Most recently, we traveled to Tampa, FL where we got engaged. On the last day of our vacation, we decided to go to a restaurant called The Dan. YES, THE DAN! The heat index was over 100 every day so Dan was hesitant for when the right time would be. We stopped to take in the beautiful view by the water downtown before dinner and that’s when Dan bent down on one knee and asked Francesca to spend forever with him. Now for the funny part. Dan had the ring on him the last 3 days trying to find the perfect place to propose. On the last day, Francesca happened to see the ring in his pocket as we were leaving the hotel for The Dan. Nevertheless, she said YES!
