We would love to see our favorite people dressed up with us! We kindly request formal attire for our wedding day. Suits with ties are perfect for the men; long dresses or elegant midi dresses are great for women. Dress to impress—but most importantly, come ready to celebrate with us!
Please plan to arrive to the Club at Longview at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts so you have plenty of time to find your seat and get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, and we can’t wait to share this special moment with you!
There is plenty of parking at the Club at Longview. But, we will also be providing shuttles to and from the hotels to take away some of the driving stress. Check out the travel page for all the details!
We reserved rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Waverly and Courtyard Charlotte Waverly. You can book with our special rate through the links on the “Travel” page.
We hope not! The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. If the weather is nice, cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor with heaters and a fire pit available.
We are only able to accommodate guests formally indicated on your wedding invitation. We thank you for your understanding!
During the ceremony, we’d love for you to be in the moment with us — so please keep phones and cameras tucked away (we have an amazing photographer to get all the best shots!)
We will be offering a vegetarian option for the plated dinner. Please specify which meal you would like when you RSVP and do not hesitate to reach out to Kelly or Jon with any specific questions related to dietary needs.
