We recommend staying at the Lodges at Gettysburg for easy access to all activities, however, due to high demand we added a wedding block at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gettysburg. Please visit the travel section for how to reserve rooms and room reservation deadlines.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the reception is onsite. A bonfire will follow the reception for guests staying onsite

No. The centerpieces belong to The Lodges at Gettysburg

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. For booking your lodging, please specify you need an accessible lodge. There will also be a golf cart attendant to transport anyone with ambulatory dysfunction to the ceremony site and reception.

We recommend Harrisburg International Airport (1.5 hour [64.4 mile] drive from the venue) or Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (1.25 hour [65.9 mile] drive from the venue)

There will be a parking attendant on the day of the wedding to assist with guest parking. Parking is FREE.
