After receiving your formal invitation, please RSVP by August 1st.
While the ceremony starts at 3:15pm, we kindly ask that all guests try their best to arrive 15 minutes prior (3:00 pm). This will allow you enough time to park, say your hellos, and choose a seat. Unfortunately, there will not be time to seat anyone who arrives past 3:15pm.
We have requested Formal Attire, which for us means suits for men and midi or long dresses for women. You will have to walk on the grass to get to the ceremony.
Although your children mean so much to us, we want you to have a night off and celebrate! We are requesting no children.
Due to fact that venue capacity is limited, we are only able to host the guests who are named on the envelope.
Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from ORF via ride share.
For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking. Vehicles may stay overnight at the venue but must be picked up Sunday morning between 8:00am-11:00am!
Complimentary shuttles will leave the reception at 9:45 pm, (just after we leave) and bring guests back to Sandbridge Beach. Anyone staying at a hotel or local, if you chose to drink, please ensure you are utilizing pick up services to safely arrive home after the reception. Otherwise, there is parking on site.
