Question
When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by April 22nd, 2023 on our wedding website under the "RSVP" tab. We do not have physical RSVP cards.
Question
What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know by RSVPing "No" on our wedding website so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Question
What happens if I do not RSVP in time?
Answer
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as "Not attending". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide the total guest count to our vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Therefore, we cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope you understand!

Can I bring guests/plus-one not noted on my invitation?
Answer
If you have received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and RSVP. Please ensure you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. If you feel we may have missed someone, please feel free to reach out to Brianna or Zach.

Do you have a block of rooms reserved at a hotel?
Answer
Yes, we have a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn on 13th Avenue in Fargo. More information on how to reserve your room at the Holiday Inn as well as other hotel recommendations are located under the "Travel" tab of our website.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 2 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to park and find a seat.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
The ceremony is located at Holy Cross Church and the reception is located at The Avalon. These locations are about 15 minutes apart. Both of these venues are indoors.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes! Holy Cross Church and The Avalon both have ample parking. You can leave your car overnight at The Avalon.

What time should I arrive at the reception?
Answer
A cocktail hour with light snacks and drinks will start at 4 pm. Please arrive by at least 5 pm for the wedding party's entrance. Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm.

Will there be transportation provided?
Answer
There will not be transportation provided to and from the ceremony. We will be providing transportation for the reception. There will be a bus from the Holiday Inn on 13th Avenue to the Avalon. The shuttle from the Holiday Inn on 13th will be running from 4-7 pm. Starting at 9:30 pm, The Avalon provides free limo rides about every 30 minutes to Fargo hotels.

Of course! Please indicate while RSVPing if you have any allergies or food restrictions.
Question
Will there be other events to attend during the wedding weekend?
Answer
We have reserved the Mezzanine I and II rooms at the Holiday Inn on 13th Avenue for Friday, June 2nd from 4-10 pm for our guests. Please use this space to gather with friends and family!
