Question

What if I want to watch it virtually?

Answer

Please visit https://wedding.lovestream.io/ofschwartzido by 4:30P ET.

Question

I'm worried about COVID. Will you feel bad if I say "no thanks"?

Answer

Not at all! We take health into serious consideration. We're playing this by ear and are following all local, state and federal (if any) restrictions. That being said, please do not come if you feel uncomfortable or if you think you came into contact with COVID, and we can always reschedule a time to hang out with you!

Question

Should I take a COVID test before I come?

Answer

YES! You have to if you are not fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to April 18. NY Regulations require a negative COVID test result (PCR or NAAT) within 72 hours of the event. Please note that the venue is strict (as they should be) so if you do not have a negative COVID test (PCR or NAAT) or a vaccination card as of April 4, 2021, you will not be allowed in. LOCAL TESTS: We suggest researching some local doctors/urgent cares who will commit to same-day tests so you can schedule a test on Saturday or Sunday morning before you arrive at the venue.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a black tie optional event, and immediate family is dressing more formal than cocktail. We leave it up to you because we want you to be comfortable. Bring a coat in case it gets chilly.

Question

What can I do for the weekend?

Answer

Because of COVID-19, local restrictions make it hard to enjoy quality time. We suggest exploring NYC and/or Brooklyn and try some of our favorite eateries! Feel free to reach out to us also if you're at a complete loss.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Feel free to let us know when you RSVP via this website!

Question

Is there a Hotel Block?

Answer

Yes! You can find details on "Travel" page or visit the link below. https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1611762601252&key=GRP&app=resvlink

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Please see "Travel" page for nearby parking garages. We recommend using SpotHero (spothero.com) or SpotAngels (spotangels.com; use promo code maria516 for points!) for other nearby locations! If you're staying locally, we recommend using Lyft/Uber/taxis/public transportation instead of driving. If you're staying at the hotel, we will have a shuttle bus from 3P to 11P. There will be an open bar ;)
