Yes! Just make sure everyone coming with you is listed in your RSVP!

Semi-Formal, so no jeans, t-shirts, or pajamas please!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Please keep all cellphones away during the ceremony, as we have an excellent photographer to capture all of our special moments!

Do I get a plus one?

Our venue is somewhat small, so please only bring whoever is listed on your invitation! If you need any accommodations regarding a plus one (or plus a couple :)), please contact Laney or Claire!

Where can I stay? (Only applicable if you are travelling to us!)

We have a limited number of rooms available at a group rate of $219/night at the Comfort Suites at 15001 Wards Road, Lynchburg. There is a minimum 2 night stay - Friday 9/8 - Sunday 9/10. You can reserve the room online using the code BWBWVD or calling the hotel directly at 434-266-6022. Rooms must be booked by August 7 to get this special rate. (Please note, it may be cheaper to book directly without the special rate).
