Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! No need to pack up and travel, get comfy and enjoy the day!

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Yes, but only in the designated smoking pavilion up front.

Is this an outdoor venue?

Answer

Yes and no! Ceremony is outside, dinner and bar are inside, dance floor is outside. Plenty of space to mingle indoors or out. We have a backup plan in place in case of inclement weather.

What should I wear?

Black tie only! Just kidding - wear your Sunday best. :) The reception barn is temperature controlled but some of the events will be outdoors and September can be warm. There are sidewalks and the yard is fairly level but it is grass so keep that in mind for your footwear.

Is there an open bar?

Yes, it is an open bar! It will also be heavily photographed, so any drunken shenanigans will be documented and thoroughly mocked for years to come. Proceed with caution!

Are kids allowed?

While we love your little ones, space is limited so it will be an adults-only event plus our nieces and nephews. If you are unsure, check your invite! They would be included on your invitation. If they are not, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

When is the RSVP deadline?

July 31, 2021 What’s the deal with the chair and the sandwich? Our final numbers are due to our vendors 1 month prior to our event. Our numbers will be based on RSVPs, so if you are not included in those numbers then we have not accounted for you when it comes to food, tables, or chairs. So, if you’re a last minute wedding crasher, please bring your own chair and a sandwich to eat. ;) For real though, we would appreciate your timely RSVP so that we can ensure our vendors and us can prepare appropriately.

Can I bring a friend?

Unfortunately our space is limited and we already had to make some tough choices for our guest list. While we appreciate you wanting to bring more people to celebrate with us, we will only be able to accommodate those on the list that have a confirmed RSVP.

Is the location handicap accessible?

Answer

There are sidewalks and cement throughout a lot of the venue, however the yard is grass. All other areas should be accessible. Please let us know if you require special assistance.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures to their social media. Please tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #OfficiallyOLeary and/or text them to Ali so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”
