When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift—we’re so grateful to celebrate with you, and gifts are never expected. If you’d like to give a gift, we’re registered at Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn, and links are available under the Registry tab on our wedding website. We’ll be adding to our registries over time, so feel free to check back!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested for an elevated and elegant celebration with a bit of outdoor ease. We recommend stylish yet comfortable footwear and a light layer for the evening breeze, so you can dance the night away in both style and comfort!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our menu has been thoughtfully crafted to include a variety of options that meet common dietary needs, such as gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian. If you have any specific food allergies, please contact us ahead of time so we can do our best to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Rest assured, there will be delicious choices for everyone!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the ceremony and reception venue. However, if you plan to enjoy a few drinks with us, we kindly encourage you to arrange for alternative transportation—like a rideshare, taxi, or designated driver—to keep everyone safe and the celebration fun!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no shuttle service provided between the hotels and the ceremony venue. We encourage guests to use rideshare apps or carpool with fellow guests to make getting around easy and eco-friendly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive around 3:30 PM to ensure everyone is settled with plenty of time before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. This also gives us a little privacy to take most of our wedding photos beforehand, so we can focus entirely on celebrating with you after we say 'I do'!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Kids are more than welcome and have been included in their family’s RSVP on our wedding website. Just a heads-up—there are ponds at the venue, so parents, please keep a close eye on your little adventurers while enjoying the celebrations. We’ve planned the first couple hours of music to be family-friendly and fun, but after that, the playlist might not be appropriate for younger ears. Get ready for a night of dancing, laughter, and memories for all ages!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If a guest is included on your invitation, we’d be delighted to have you bring them along! If no additional guest is listed, please plan to attend solo. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to share this special day with you!
