Dress to feel your best — sleek suits, cocktail dresses, or anything you’d wear to a candlelit dinner party. No ballgowns or tuxes required (unless you’re feeling extra — in which case, we love that for you). If it glows by candlelight, you’re on the right track.
A shuttle bus (Midwest Coach Limo) will be available to take guests from Hotel Zachary to the ceremony venue. The shuttle will begin boarding at 3:30 PM and depart at approximately 3:45 PM. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the shuttle is full, guests will need to make their own arrangements to the venue, as there will only be one shuttle trip to the ceremony. Return shuttles from the venue back to Hotel Zachary in the evening.
January weddings call for great coats — and we’ve got you covered. A coat check will be available at the venue, so you can stay warm on your way in and not worry about a thing once you arrive. Feel free to bundle up and we’ll take care of the rest.
There’s plenty of free parking in the lot across from the venue (over 400 spaces!), and it clears out on nights and weekends — so no need to stress. You’re also welcome to leave your car overnight if you need to catch a ride or call it early. We want everyone to celebrate safely and fully — zero pressure to drive after dancing.
We love food — and we want you to leave full of it. After dinner and dancing, we’ll be serving up some of our favorite late-night bites to keep the party going (and soak up the cocktails). Dance up an appetite. We’ve got you.
We love your kids — truly. But for this special evening, we’re keeping things adults-only so everyone can relax, let loose, and enjoy the night. We so appreciate your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
