Please RSVP no later than February 01, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we would like to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting FORMAL/ BLACK TIE attire for our wedding. Our colour theme is BLACK & WHITE!!!
To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate family. We hope you use our wedding as a fun date night!
Unless stated otherwise on your invitation, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list to those who know us very well.
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to be transported to the ceremony space via buggy from the hotel reception area and find a seat. Doors will close at 4:00 PM and will not be reopened until after the ceremony.
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Take as many photos as you'd like at the reception! We would love to see your point of view.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and a charcuterie spread.
We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. Kindly let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honour us with a gift, a wedding card box will be at our reception.
