Train

Amtrak

The easiest is probably to take the train into PVD and either rent a car or arrange a driver/uber from there (uber is ~$120, private pre-arranged car is ~$250). There are also buses but only one or two a day. Alternatively for cheaper but longer commute, you can take the amtrak all the way to south station and take a peter pan bus from there

Flight

HYA, PVD, BOS

If flying into BOS airport, can take Peter Pan Bus or rent a car. Approximately 1.5 hours from Falmouth but expect some bridge traffic getting into the cape if arriving Friday afternoon. If flying into PVD airport, can take a bus, rent a car, or uber (~$120). Approximately 1.5 hours from Falmouth, can also expect some bridge traffic if getting in on Friday afternoon. HYA airport (hyannis) is 45 minutes from Falmouth. To get to Falmouth the best would be to then rent a car but you might get lucky with an uber. Will avoid bridge traffic on Friday.

Hotel

Falmouth Tides

267 Clinton Avenue, Falmouth, MA 02540

Will help arrange some transportation from The Tides Hotel, dog friendly, right on the beach in the Harbor so good if you'd like to swim

Hotel

The Coonamessett

311 Gifford Street, Falmouth, MA 02540

Slightly more upscale than other hotels listed, not located on the water but has pretty farm views. ~ 10 minutes to venue by car

Hotel

Beach Breeze Inn

321 Shore Street, Falmouth, MA 02540

Located right on surf drive in falmouth, less than one minute walk to the beach. Will be ~ 10 minutes by car to venue

Hotel

Sea Crest Beach Resort

350 Quaker Road, Falmouth, MA 02556

The only resort on this list, has a pool and the beach swimming if you are looking for that but is further than other options (~25 minutes to venue by car and we will not likely have transportation set up ahead of time to this hotel). Conference Hotel vibes. If you stay here you have to order a mudslide

Travel Note

Kate's Travel Recommendations from NYC-Falmouth

1) Best way is easily by car, drive from NYC is only 4 hours without traffic but expect +2 hours of traffic if driving on Friday 2) Amtrak train to PVD, rent a car or hire a driver from there (driver rates are ~200 you may be able to find uber but there are also limo services: https://elitecarserviceandairport.com/service-rates/) 3) Amtrak train to BOS, can take peter pan bus from there (longer but potentially cheaper since bus option) 4) Fly to HYA, rent a car from there (if you find cheap flights and are ok renting a car this is a great option). You may be able to find ubers or car service instead of renting but would set that up ahead of time. 5) Fly to BOS, take peter pan bus from there 6) Fly to PVD, take car service or rental car from there
