We would suggest leaving the East Bay/Bay Area no later than 1:30 PM. We have experienced there is quite a bit of traffic on Fridays. Expect a drive time of about 2+ hours. Give yourself some wiggle room for unexpected delays.
The venue is very easy to get to. We would love to have you join us for welcome refreshments at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you do not arrive earlier than 4:30. The ceremony start time is 5:00 PM. Clou du Bois winery is next door to our venue. If you get to the area early feel free to grab a drink there before the ceremony.
Our ceremony and reception is on Friday October 25, 2019. It will be held at Trentadue winery in Geyserville,CA. Welcome refreshments will be served at 4:30 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Cocktail hour and reception will follow.
There is plenty of free parking on site. If you plan to drink please coordinate a designated driver or consider an uber or lyft. The ceremony and reception are held at the same location. No need to move your car until the end of the night. The venue can also accommodate if you need to leave your car overnight. If you choose to do this please make sure you move your car by 10:00 am Saturday 10/26/19.
We are honored to have you all as witnesses to our vows and the beginning of our marriage. With this in mind, we invite you to be truly present with us, and respectfully request that all cameras and phones be turned off during the ceremony. We look forward to sharing our professional photos after the big day!
RECEPTION ONLY: Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ODonthelove so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
There will be a custom snapchat filter available from 3PM-10PM on the wedding day. You will be able to use it when you are on the venue property. If you use snapchat please use our wedding filter and tag #ODonthelove.
The wedding is cocktail attire. Please wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. No jeans or shorts please. Please avoid wearing white and burgundy/merlot as that is our primary wedding color worn by the wedding party.
Please RSVP with your acceptances and dinner choice or your regrets, by Friday September 27th 2019.
You will be missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “will not attend” for all those in your party so we can plan accordingly. Remember to make a selection on our site no later than Friday September 27th.
We would love to party with you amazing people all night however, we do need to be off property by 11:00 PM that evening.
We are going to have a video guestbook! Between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM our videographer will have an area set up right outside the pavilion. We ask that you leave us a short message, advice, a joke, a memory or anything you think we might enjoy. We think it's a fun way to capture the memories from the evening.
If you feel so inclined we have set up a fund for our honeymoon in 2020. You can find this under our registry / honeyfund tab.
Please check your RSVP on our wedding website. It will indicate the number of guests for your party.
Check out our travel tab at the top of the page. We have links to hotels and travel recommendations in the area. Due to the popularity of that time of the year we suggest checking neighboring cities such as Cloverdale and Windsor.

Your best option is flying into Oakland International Airport (OAK). We find that it is easier to navigate, has good options for renting cars, and is the closest most convenient option. Other options are San Francisco (SFO), San Jose (SJC) or Sacramento (SMF).
I attached driving direction links from where we live, from the Oakland Airport and from the San Francisco Airport. Check out the bottom of our Travel page for the step by step routes. Please anticipate traffic if you are driving up on Friday.
Without traffic, it is about 2 hours from Oakland and about 1.5 hours from Walnut Creek where we live. Please be advised that you will have to cross a toll bridge. Cash is required and the cost is $6 per car.
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside on a lawn. Dinner will be outdoors under the grape arbors. Dancing will be inside the pavilion.
Cocktail hour will start around 5:30 PM. Drinks and appetizers will be served. During this time the wedding party and immediate family will be taking pictures. Dinner will start around 6:30 PM. Later in the evening we will have dessert and a late night snack.
