We’re getting married!

Brian's proposal in Marco Island, Florida, was a significant moment in our journey together. This place is special to him, filled with memories of family summers. Our evening started with a beach dinner, the sound of waves as our backdrop. As the sun set, Brian suggested a walk by the water, a plan he had secretly arranged. He approached a “random” passerby to take our picture against the sunset, who turned out to be a photographer he had hired. As we posed, Brian knelt down and asked the question that changed everything. In that instant, nothing else mattered, and I saw the love in his eyes. I said yes, filled with joy. Our photographer captured this moment, allowing us to relive it whenever we want. Brian’s proposal was a promise of a future together, beautifully connecting our past, present, and future in a place that now holds deep meaning for both of us.

Brian and I initially met at various events, but it was one memorable evening that truly ignited our connection. Shortly after, Brian set off for California during the pandemic, both for work and to acquire his Tahoe, causing our paths to diverge. However, fate had other plans, reuniting us at Morrison's Roadhouse one unforgettable night. As we conversed late into the evening, it felt as though we had known each other for a lifetime. In a spontaneous yet sincere moment, we embraced and shared a kiss, realizing we had discovered something truly remarkable in one another. It was evident that this is what it meant to find “the one.” Now, over four years later, we are ready to embark on a lifelong journey as husband and wife.
