Question

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4PM. Guests are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early to the venue.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is valet parking at the venue, which is to be covered by the Bride and Groom. Mention the Jackson Wedding at arrival.

Question

Where does the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception take place at the DoubleTree Grand. Following our ceremony will be a cocktail hour, plated dinner, and dancing. The Ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the outdoor terrace. The Reception is indoors, with an ocean view that provides continued access to the outdoor terrace throughout the evening. While the Ceremony and cocktail hour occurs on the outdoor terrace of the DoubleTree Grand, there is a retractable roof that we can access for shade or a contingent weather plan.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses.

Question

Where should I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs can be submitted right here on our wedding website! RSVPs are due January 5, 2024.

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please be sure to indicate your dietary restriction on with your RSVP so we can be sure to accommodate you!

Question

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

As we will be traveling to Miami, we encourage our guests to please check out our Registry page. We thank you in advance for your generosity!

Question

Are children welcome to the wedding?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of fun, we respectfully ask no children attend, with the exception of the Ring Bearer and Flower Girl, who will have a perfectly time exit after the ceremony.

Question

What is the weather like in Miami during February?

Answer

February boasts some of Miami's best weather all year, with highs in the mid 70's and lows in the mid 60's!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have a special room block for our wedding guests! Please visit our "Travel" page for more information.
