Stand in line for a lobster roll at Red's Eats in Wiscasset, the birthplace of Emir Odom. It is worth the wait for this nationally recognized Maine delicacy. Red's is located at the bottom of the hill leaving Wiscasset, before you cross the bridge, on the left.
This unique AAA Four Diamond resort is a great place for accommodations during your stay. The Samoset also provides great dining, golf, and spa options. Enjoy the beautiful grounds of this resort by sitting on the patio overlooking the golf course along Rockland Harbor. As a bonus, this was Emir's place of work throughout high school and college summers.
Make sure to visit the beautiful children's chapel, the childhood stomping ground for Emir and his brothers. They spent a lot of time in the Milkweed field chasing Monarch Butterflies. When looking through the window inside the chapel, there is a great view of Penobscot Bay.
