Question

Can I bring a plus one or additional People ?

Answer

We want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible so please do not bring any additional people. When you place your RSVP you will see how many seats are reserved for your family.

What if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

We understand that life happens and things come up. If you RSVP yes and can no longer attend please update your RSVP and let us know directly. When you RSVP "Yes" and decide not to show up we still have to financially cover your seat(s) and you also may have taken up a spot that could have been given to someone else.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. Anyone not seated before that time will have to wait for an appropriate time before you can come in. There will be a welcome area for guests to sit and relax before the ceremony if you arrive early. Give yourself ample travel time in case of any traffic. You do not want to be that person who misses the ceremony because you are stuck in traffic.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. For women a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Men have the option of wearing a tuxedo, or they can wear a formal dark suit, white shirt, and conservative tie. Feel free to bring an extra pair of shoes (i.e., if your plan to wear really high heels for the ceremony), or something a little more breathable to change into once the festivities (i.e., the reception) begin.

Will this be an indoor or outdoor ceremony?

Answer

We have every intention of hosting an outdoor ceremony. However, if the weather on the day of the ceremony calls for it, we are capable of moving the ceremony indoors.

Can we take pics or nah ?

Answer

Or Nah. But seriously, we respectfully ask everyone to refrain from using cameras and social media sites before and during the ceremony. We've hired an amazing team to capture all the wonderful moments for the evening. Plus let's be real, you don't want to be THAT PERSON that ruins all the good shots with your phone in the air. Feel free to utilize your phones and cameras during the Cocktail Hour and Reception and be sure to tag us using #odiefoundhiskey

Is there a wedding Gift Registry?

Answer

See the "Registry" tab. Monetary donations are also welcomed; a card box will be available at the reception. Note: If you would prefer to give us a check at the wedding please make it out to "Odolphe Augustin" OR " KeyAna Williams".

Are babies and small children allowed to accompany their parents?

Answer

No kids or small children are allowed, only those in the wedding party. We appreciate all hard-working and attentive parents and hope you will use this as an opportunity to take a break from your parental responsibilities for just one night as you celebrate with us.
