Venue information

Thank you in advance to everyone who chooses to make the effort to come and celebrate with us! There are some important travel details that each guest will need to be aware of on the day of the event. First thing, the closest Airport to the venue is 1.5 - 2 Hours away. For all those flying in, please plan accordingly to ensure that you have plenty of breathing room and time to party! If you plan to drive or rent a car, be aware that to get to the venue there is an approximate 15-20 minute drive on the beach to get to the house. This requires a four-wheel drive car. Rideshare apps will not take you directly to the venue. With plenty of space and level, compact sand, the 4x4 Beach in Corolla boasts a speed limit of 35 mph - faster than most residential areas. It's important to note that a four-wheel drive vehicle is required to traverse the beach due to its unpredictable sand. But don't worry - a four-wheel drive will provide you with the extra traction you need to navigate safely through it. We've compiled a list of some of the best vehicles to use for the journey, including the Nissan Rogue, Volkswagen Tiguan, Honda CR-V, Ford Escape, Mazda CX-5, 2021 Ford Bronco, 2021 Jeep Wrangler, 2021 Jeep Cherokee, and 2021 Subaru Forester. However, parking at the Venue is limited and we will already have 4 - 6 four-wheel drive vehicles at the venue parked and ready to help folks out. We highly encourage everyone to coordinate with us to limit parking space at the venue itself, and/or carpool with any mutual friends. We will have someone who can shuttle people that do not have an appropriate vehicle to and from the a designated parking lot. Please let us know if you will be needing this service.
