Guests flying into JFK can rent a car or take a few forms of public transportation. If you decide to take public transportation, you can catch the airtrain out of JFK which will bring you to the NYC subway in Jamaica, Queens. From there, you can hop on the subway into Manhattan to Grand Central Station. You can then catch a Metro North train to Danbury. The entire process would take take several hours.
