How do I RSVP?
Answer
Scan the QR code on the RSVP card you received with your invitation. You will be directed to the RSVP page of our website. Include all members of your party who will be attending. You do not need to mail the physical rsvp card back! If you have any questions or concerns about the guests in your party please call Odalis 216-337-8659

When should I RSVP?
Answer
The sooner we’re notified the better! We know there are unexpected last minute changes, we only ask that you notify us in case of changes to your rsvp. Please RSVP no later than April 1st!

What should I wear?
Answer
Dress according to the color palette on your details card(warm earth tone colors; avoid bright cool tone shades; ie. rusty orange not neon orange/olive green not turquoise). Dress code is black tie formal. Suits and tuxes or floor length dresses and evening gowns. Due to the outdoor grass setting please opt for a shoe with a wider heel base, like block heels.

Are kids invited?
Answer
Absolutely! We love our big families and want everyone to be included. We will have kid friendly entertainment, refreshments, and lots of space for play. Keep in mind that explicit music will be played in moderation. There are unprotected bodies of water at the venue, please maintain your children under supervision!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Approximately 25 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:00pm. This allows enough time to find parking and a good seat!

Will there be parking at the venue?

Definitely! We will have designated parking areas and parking signs to facilitate your arrival.

Indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. We will take precautions to ensure all of our guests are comfortable for our hot summer wedding.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, we got you covered! If you would like to bring your own drinks please give them to the bartender as this is the only way they can be served to you.

Of course! We want everyone to have a good time and that means dancing and singing all night long! Send Odalis your must have songs and we’ll try our best to include them! 216-337-8659

Where can I stay?
Answer
For your convenience we have reserved hotel blocks. Call to make your reservations at a discounted rate for “Block wedding” at Ilani hotel, Best Western Woodland, and Lewis River Inn. You may also set up overnight tent/car camping at the venue, or, look into Airbnb for more options. Refer to “Travel” page for more information!
