When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you can celebrate with us by Sunday, September 18th.

Is there a dress code?

We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so that you can get settled.

Where do the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Bluebird Manor. The address is 1765A Greenfield Rd, Adamstown, MD 21710. The ceremony and reception will both be indoors.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle to and from the Courtyard by Marriott Frederick. The shuttle will be leaving from the hotel at 3:25 pm for the venue and will pick up at the end of the night at 9:15 and 10 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking is available on-site at the venue. We will have a shuttle providing transport to and from the venue from the Courtyard by Marriott Frederick hotel. The shuttle will be leaving from the hotel at 3:25 pm for the venue and will pick up at the end of the night at 9:15 and 10 pm. If you plan to enjoy the open bar, we recommend using a service such as Uber or Lyft. Due to the location of the venue, we recommend scheduling your ride ahead of time for the end of the night.

Can I bring a date?

We would love to share our special day with as many people as possible, but due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block available for the nights of October 22 and October 23. You can block one or both nights at a discounted rate! There will be a shuttle providing transportation to and from the venue from this hotel. The block will be released completely by 9/24, at which point we can't guarantee that there will be rooms available.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have menu options that are gluten-free, vegan, and nut free. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any other concerns at michaeljen2322@gmail.com.

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

We do not have a wedding hashtag but we will provide you an opportunity to send us your best photos from the night!
