Renaissance at Colony Park
You'll find everything you need here. You can shop till you drop, catch a movie and/or grab a bite to eat (Emily recommends ZEA or Aplos)! Or watch the dancing fountain and chill.
Malco Renaissance Cinema Grill
We love going to the movies! This theatre is also at the Renaissance.
Flowood Nature Park
Wanting to get some steps in? This shady trail is busy but chill. Ben loves the turtles in the pond.
Winners Circle Park
Need the kids to get some energy out? Take them to the park! Winners Circle has been ever so popular for as long as Emily can remember. First come first serve tennis & pickleball courts are there as well.
Highway 25 in Flowood
In the heart of Flowood, along Highway 25/Lakeland Drive, you'll find SEVERAL places to eat and shop (the locals call this 'Dogwood'). Take your pick out of five Mexican restaurants within five miles of each other (not counting the Taco Bell & Chipotle). Or visit the staple stores (Target & Ulta of course!)
Bass Pro Shops
For the guys who like to shop, but don't like Ulta..... there is a Bass Pro in Pearl! Right next to the Outlets of Mississippi and the Cinemark Pearl and XD.
Bobby Cleveland Park at Lakeshore
We love the Rez! This park has a view of the reservoir from the Rankin County side.
Reservoir Overlook
And here's an option for a view from the Madison County side... AND the site where Ben proposed!
Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum
Visit the Ag Museum and traipse through Small Town, Mississippi for a unique way to kill time! $6 admission.
Mayday Icecream Belhaven
We love ice cream!! While there's ice cream at Renaissance and in Flowood, we like this place too! It's the Belhaven Neighborhood of Jackson.
Lake Harbour Church of Christ
Looking for a church family to worship with on Sunday? Lake Harbour has been Emily's church family since she was six weeks old. So we love LH! There are two gathering time options. 9AM & 11AM. Same style service at each. 10:10AM Bible Study in between.
